Chris Cheung is the founder of AToolkitForLife, an online platform that provides people with skills and tools that enable them to understand themselves better and get the most out of life.
Chris has facilitated hundreds of training sessions over the last twelve years for multinational corporations and public institutions. In the last two years he has trained hundreds of participants in the practice of mindfulness.
His own practice has lasted 20 years and he is now currently enrolled on the teaching pathway at Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
