A bit about us.

When I started working over twenty years ago. My mind was very much focused on ‘making it’. This led to days of burning the candle at both ends and a growing sense of unease.

Trying to find a way to relieve my stress, I turned to mindfulness practice and found almost immediate benefits. Greater attention span, seeing myself in the context of life, and yes, less stress.

I was struck by how simple the practice was and wondered why more people were not practicing this, at work and in life.

This is where the idea for ATKFL came about. Just a platform for sharing the practice; to help discover the wisdom within each one of us. Wouldn’t it be great if there was greater self-awareness at work and in life? What kind of world would that be?

Let’s Get Mindful.

We believe a world in which we are all more self-aware would be a better world to live in. This is a world where we can relate to ourselves, each other, and the world more skillfully. We believe that the way you change the world is by first gaining a better understanding of yourself.

atoolkitforlife (ATKFL) provides that life changing perspective through mindfulness-based experiences (programmes, events, content) aimed at a wide cross-section of populations, which are scientifically backed and delivered in the most clear and engaging way possible. The aim for each experience is for the participants to take away concrete life tools which they can apply confidently in their lives.
